Mike McIntyre BSc, MBE
Mike co-founded Xenogenix. He is a unique blend of engineer, marketeer and Olympic Gold medal winning athlete, and knows what it is to juggle priorities on a day to day basis and achieve excellence at the same time. Mike has led and facilitated major change and performance improvement projects for the RAC, Virgin, and Vodafone.
Mark Riley BSc, PhD
Mark founded Xenogenix after leading marketing, sales and customer service teams at Cellnet, NTL and Dolphin. He has worked on more than 20 performance improvement assignments including clients such as Vodafone, Virgin, Abbey and the Financial Services Commission.

Dwayne Schnepel
Dwayne has worked in a variety of sales and leadership roles at Thomson Reuters and Informa Telecoms and Media. Dwayne understands the needs of Sales, Marketing, Customer Services and Management teams and how a good CRM system can help them overcome the challenges that they face. Dwayne is a keen Rugby and Formula 1 fan and enjoys the odd round of Golf, playing Paintball and cycling around the Surrey countryside.
Michael Dalton
Michael is an experienced IT sales professional and partner account manager who has been providing IT and Cloud based solutions to growing businesses since 2008. Having spent that time working with Dell Partners in Ireland, United Kingdom & Canada, Michael understands the value of implementing change and adopting productive processes within an organisation, to effectively motivate sales teams, partners, customer service and to lower operating costs.
Paul McVitty BA (Hons), MA
Paul is a certified Salesforce Consultant with vast experience in both sales and customer service. Predominately focused in the travel industry, Paul has worked for some well-known brands including Virgin Atlantic. Prior to Xenogenix, he was working in Spain for 2 years for a leading budget travel company. Paul understands the importance of the sales process, as well as the impact of a successful customer support division. He is interested in sports such as football and tennis and also enjoys theatre, especially after graduating with a Bachelors and Master’s degree in Drama.
Sarah Hill BA (Hons)
Sarah is an experienced Marketing Professional. Sarah holds a BA (Hons) degree and a CIM postgraduate diploma in Marketing, which is backed up with over 15 years’ experience in various marketing roles. With experience across Business to Business marketing including time as Marketing Manager for Motorola, Invensys Climate Controls and in Citrix Distribution. Sarah enjoys keeping fit, live music and theatre.
Ronak Dattani
Ronak comes from a consulting and Sales background having worked with multiple SaaS companies in direct sales and sales leadership roles.
Ronak has experience of working with multiple Salesforce implementations dating back to 2010. He has extensive experience of Sales Cloud, and bringing efficiencies to the sales process, together with end user/management training and end user adoption.
Rostin Walker BSc BA(Hons) MA
Rostin is an experienced ecommerce developer specialising in Shopify and WordPress platforms. After working in the city in the medical industry for 7 years he started pursuing a career in ecommerce and CRM solutions. This quickly lead to his first Salesforce certification and hasn’t looked back since. When not learning new skills, he participates in road cycling as a Cat 3 racer and travelling with his wife and dog.
Alex Haines
Alex is an experienced Salesforce professional with a background in sales and client services across the financial and business information industries. Alex started out using Salesforce as an end user then after developing his skills on the system moved across to a support role. Since then he has built up over 5 years in depth experience on the platform working with a variety of businesses both as a Salesforce administrator and in delivering new implementations. When not in work Alex enjoys being outdoors and is a keen rock climber who has been on trips across the UK and Europe.
Andy has a strong Salesforce and Marketing Automation background in both development and implementation. He started his career in Digital Marketing which saw him implement his first Marketing Automation platform. From there he discovered Salesforce and saw the huge benefits it can provide entire businesses. Choosing to focus on CRM and Marketing Automation technology, Andy’s most previous role was working for a TV broadcast and cinema equipment manufacturer managing their global Salesforce instance and Marketing Systems stack. When he’s not working you can find him on the ski slopes, on the football pitch or in the golf course rough looking for his ball.
Financials Consultants
David Ryles
David has 7 years of Salesforce user/admin experience across 4 technology businesses and is our main lead for Sage Live. David combines his Salesforce experience with 5 years working as a business accountant as well as another 6 years working in software Sales/Business Development, including a long tenure at HP selling into the Enterprise. David has a strong interest in selling financial systems into businesses with a focus on streamlining processes and delivering maximum value to the client. Outside of work, David tries to spend his time playing golf and football.
Patrik Antunes
Patrik joined Xenogenix in February 2019 directly from Sage. He brings with him a exemplary track record of benchmark development, consulting, support and customer satisfaction on Salesforce platform accounting solutions, as well as practical accounting experience working in various businesses. Patrick has 2 years of consulting, technical development and support experience of Salesforce platform accounting solutions at Sage as well as practical experience working in accounting roles for Mid-market & Enterprise.
Oliver Bell
Oliver is an experienced business consultant specialising in accounting solutions on the Salesforce platform. He has played an instrumental role in a variety of complex projects, including a nationwide roll-out of Salesforce, Field Service Lightning and a custom accounting solution that he developed. Outside of work you’ll most likely find Oliver riding his mountain bike in the welsh hills, camping or fishing from his kayak.
Ben Morton
Ben joined the team in December 2020 to bolster Xenogenix’s finance division and has a breadth of consulation and implemenation experience working with SMB and mid-market clients. Ben has 3 years experience of consulting and implementing Salesforce/FinancialForce/Sage Financials as Product Lead. Ben has worked for Sage and has extensive experience in FTSE 100 companies.

Gemma Griffiths LLB
Gemma is an experienced Business Services Professional. Throughout her career she has working as an agency and in-house recruiter, Sales Administrator and in Event Management. She brings her experiences to Xenogenix to lead their growth in personnel, while supporting their HR requirements and event coordination. Outside of the office Gemma enjoys being on, in or under the water or on the beach and hills with the family and dogs.
